We have been active for many years and have sold many machines. Some customers have bought a newer model and resold their old RP3.
There are RP3 versions on the market with parts that we have replaced with better quality parts in newer models & versions. If there are problems, we have “Service Packs”, sometimes still available within the warranty period.
We would like to get to know you and which machine you have, so that we can proactively inform you about service and maintenance.
We also regularly add new functionality to our portal and app, of which we are happy to proactively inform you (if desired).
