LEARN FROM YOUR DATA
Use the RP3 Portal to improve your rowing stroke
The RP3 Portal provides every rower an overview of the workouts. After a session, the workout is automatically added to the training log when using the RP3 Monitor (app).
By going to the workout page, you can drill down into the session, do some analysis, get the numbers and averages, compare the strokes during the workout and make a summary for reporting to your crew or coach.
If applicable, the workout is ready for adding to the Leaderboard.
1. Dashboard
2. Workout Detail page
Next to analysis, you can export the data of the workout or copy the link to share with other platforms, including Strava.
There are four key parts in the workout detail page
3. Split Overview
This Section is to analyse your workout in smaller segments. Lay out your race plan or find out how your performance varies over specific distances.
4. The famous RP3 Advanced Stroke Analyser can be used to see every single stroke taken in your session. Move the slider to find single strokes in your session.
3. Leaderboard
Add your best 100m, 250m, 500m, 2.000m, 6.000m & 10.000m workouts to the Worldwide Leaderboard and check your rankings!
Every single workout posted on The Leaderboard has been executed with the 90kg and 4x settings in the RP3 App. This is a requirement for the workouts to be validated and be ready for profile testing. Once approved, rankings will be available to compare results with others.
4. RP3 Profile Page
You can manage your RP3 Account on the profile page.
Here you also can manage your Strava connection by selecting the “Automatically upload” check. Your workouts will automatically upload to Strava after the session when using the RP3 Monitor (app).
